Hi. I’m Elif Turgut.

I’m a sports physiotherapist, clinical supervisor and researcher at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey.

The main focus of my work is musculoskeletal and sports related injuries particularly the clinical management of shoulder disorders with scapular dyskinesia and analysing 3-dimensional scapular kinematics.

I help people who are physically active or wanted to be more active to move and perform better. I share the best available scientific evidence and my clinical experience about pain and movement science with health providers.
